One more week, as a life, with ups and downs.
A little bit about behind the scenes to make my weekly updates.
Some decisions were made to rebuild ETC Just Group and honour my overdue payments that I have with you.
1) The strategy with a new finance staff didn't work, therefore I'm still responsible for this departament.
2) The ETC Sao Paulo office moved to another address, a smaller office suitable for the current situation. After 12 years at the same address, I knew that this exit wouldn't be easy. But it demanded more than I imagined.
3) Dayane (our booking coordinator who has been on maternity leave since Feb 23) was supposed to re-start last April 9th. Unfortunately she won't continue with us and Vitor Hugo, by himself, keeps caring for the booking sector. Glad to have such an empathetic small team.
4) I'm analysing new possibilities to have the total amount to settle financial debts. The cost to take money in Brazil is very high and I need to analyse very carefully to take the best decision. The first loan I took, very desperate, was with a high fees.

Once again, the only certainty that I have is that I will honour the amount that I have with you.
I'm the most interested in paying off all overdues. I'm analysing all possibilities to finish this, because it's more than a financial solution. It's my mental health issue. But sometimes the process takes longer than planned.
In 42 years of life, I never owed 1 real. So, I'm learning to deal with all of it. Emotional and financial challenges.
